Morning Nowa stream soon, so I'm gonna review some tea.

6g of tea brewed in a 100 ml gaiwan @ 98 degrees Celsius
10 second steeps

Here I have some medium roasted Dong ding oolong of questionable origin and quality. Off the bat, the dry leaves smell wonderfully toasted. It's got a real nice buttery scent but not much else. The wet leaves smell about the same, very toasty. Brews a nice dark brown liquor. Going down the throat it is quite astringent but it pairs well with the roast it's got going on.

Overall a nice breakfast/morning tea. Nicely roasted. Easily a daily drinker since I got one pound of the stuff it for pretty cheap. I don't remember where I got it from though lol
