I think a sex scene can be a great enhancer to a fetish fapfic when executed well, but it should generally play second fiddle to the actual fetish part, for this >>26252622 reason. I think the men-allergic type of /u/tard you're talking about and futafags are nearly mutually exclusive. Futafags in general are probably fine with hetero as well (the latter of those was me, AA, who's written/commed some of the only hetero chuuba scenarios after all).
