Hololive is basically blacklisted in China. If they have deals going on with Bilibili anyone caught interacting with Hololive isnt allowed to appear on those streams. Which is why nobody was surprised when they saw this stream pop up and told themselves "so this is why they wont let pomu collab with kiara"
Another funny thing that happened was Fubuki and Matsuri appearing in a anime which they also voiced, the chinese version completely removed that scene. Nene also voiced a character and they did not remove the scene but deleted the character via editing
