The confident, self-assured side of me would tell you to take the leap. The longer you delay your actions leave more room for self doubt and more time for negativity to brew in your system. I also understand the fear of that decision. All the scenarios that play out in your head. The anxiety of questioning the relationships between y'all two. But if you don't push for the changes you want, then you will likely never see that future you want. The world rarely gives you what you want on a silver platter, and these decisions are the hardest to make in the moment. But when if works out, you will look back and wonder why you were stressing so much over such a trivial dilemma.
I don't want to instill the fear of failure into you, but say it doesn't work out. Life will go on. The sun will rise, people all over the world will get out of bed, and keep pushing forward. Getting so hung up over one moment to let it take control of your life and bring it to a grinding halt is the worst thing that you could do for yourself. I know next to nothing about you, anon. But if you're stressing over the situation as much as you are now, then I can tell your heart is in the right place.
