She was reprimanded and apologized and said she wouldn't do it again but it was put on her record and was one of the reasons for the New Year's supension

This is apparently about her saying she had permissions for Hogwarts, which they did, but apparently staff requested them not to play this game even before she said they had perms.

She made a mistake that her manager had to fix mid stream in one of her video description because something autofilled (she doesn't say what). Also she used an FFXIV account that wasn't agreed upon, it had nothing to do with mods. She told her manager she would make a new account but didn't.
