Every single non-scandalous NIJIEN graduation or termination has been a succesful NIJIEN member who didn't need anyone else to have the spotlight over themselves. Problem is that. None of them were clique members, so they had to go. When someone gets thrown out of NIJIEN, a clique member takes the spot of the most important member of their respective wave.

Imagine not being able to compete with your own coworkers and thus not even competing at all with the big ones of VTubing so you organize a deliberately fucked up scheme to have them quit or thrown out so by default, you are now the one who has to take the place as the spearhead member competing with the likes of Shark Loli and the Latina Satan, but not because you are a good streamer, but because the actual good streamers bailed out of your company.
