You overestimate how many of them will be filtered by any presence of male chuubas. I am what /nijisanji/ would refer to as "retarded idolfag" and I seriously couldn't care less about big collabs with males, Nijisanji isn't magically safe from us. Holofags take it way too far with their autism. By the time wave 4 debuts, EN will have existed in JK-gumi/Sanbaka format for at least half a year since its inception and then I doubt that most of them will start doing one on one collabs with males every day. The fanbase will stick. Expect loads of retards to reply to cuck bait every single day for months since this thread is shit at gatekeeping and meido doesn't give a fuck. Even if most will fuck off eventually it will be with kicking and screaming and these threads will be the epicenter of it since people won't come to reddit or discords to whine about muh males, not that Nijisanji reddit is very active anyway.
