Without any conclusive evidence that management followed proper protocol when it came to processing Selen's video, the situation is a 'she said company said' scenario. In the public eye it is on the company to show proper justification of termination as they were recently shown to actively 1. lie to the public (case in point - skin walking accounts) 2. harassment (timing of black screen, of its contents to defame Selen publicly). These are undisputed events that schizo rrats relished in due to a very obvious line of fault between Niji's Termination Letter, Black Video & Selen's Twitter. They had established Nijisanji EN's current character as a Black company /here/ and using those 2 points took off with countless rrats into public opinion via drama fags. These rrats were more natural conclusions that would hit a wall due to Niji's reputation but Niji broke that and opened the floodgate, contrary to popular belief it was not Selen who achieved that, she kept to the NDA.

Selen did not follow protocol but was the process fair in the first place? Why would it take management a year to develop a video when you can compare with Maria having Pomu in her vid released a month later?
There were signs of disrepute due to Selen organizing a tournament the month before despite it being a successful event.
The PR disaster as well shows no accountability by management instead letting their Livers take the hit in public opinion.
A pivotal point in this entire situation was that the artists supported the Liver against Niji on this issue despite possible persecution of a larger organization, the internal vtubing community did not condone their actions. With March 1st 24 hours away now. Which Liver should I bet on graduating? Hot rumors are 2 guys are in the que ahead of a female talent. But we can't cancel out Terminations. We know that NijiEN is well and truly embracing their black company ways covering each others bullying practices. JP stamp of approval and the livers are accomplices as situation normal.
