Turn the fucking screen off, face yourself and realize that you're worse than what you believe. Hit rock bottom, and climb out or die there. A lot of people die there, it's a more legitimate option for some people than the therapists would like to admit, but I'm a kind soul and I'd rather people not die at rock bottom. Dying while climbing to the top is much more respectable even if it makes everyone else's life just a tiny bit harder in comparison.
