The day is finally here, everyone. 40 prominent indie vTubers will race on the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval over 50 laps in the 4th edition of the VTRP's biggest race, the Indie 500. Silver star, perhaps a $5 superchat, and most certainly fame and glory await the winner of this most prestigious race. Before that, we also have the Indie Grand Prix, the VTRP's second biggest race, taking place on the IMS road course layout. Who will get to kiss the bricks at Indy? Signups close on May 31 at 1 PM ET (previously 11:59 PM ET); liveries should be approved and finalized on or before June 30 at 1 PM ET. Series is scheduled to commence on July 28.

VTRP update: Lisa and Tonya will step down from IndieCar for their transfer to CorpoCar with Idol Corp in season 6 in the 2nd half of this year, and consequently will not race in the Indie 500 on Sunday. Talent Freedom 100 winner Tomoe Umari and part-time driver Multiverse Monarch, who both originally failed to qualify for the 500, will enter the race in their stead; Tomoe will also join the roster full-time for the rest of this month's IndieCar 13th series
