Slushy here. I’m not going to claim my model is beautiful or anything, and this picture isn’t the best quality, but YouTube tutorials help a ton.
Any tutorial that makes a character from scratch will show you the things to change about the default face.
This cell shading one helps your character in a bunch of little ways like lighting that looks more like anime and less like 3D

I’m satisfied with my model for now at least and I spent no money and probably a few days (only bc I was dumb in learning how to put on a hat) so if you wanna try, there are ways to make it look better
