1. Should the borders of the nijicontinent be adjusted to match picrel? See >>28821475 for a comparison with the current borders. (Note that this includes exchanging /ahoy/'s exclave for an island, the creation of the /nenmen/ (/luxnoc/) nation, and renaming /obsy/ back to /rose/)
2. What, if anything, should be done about chuubas changing corpos? (e.g. Lumi and Yuri moving to phase or Kson and Nazuna joining vshojo)
3. Relatedly, should /pcg/ receive some land from /clg/ due to the chuuba transfer as proposed in >>28802251?
4. Should /mikeneko/ be renamed to /rumina/?
5. To initiate a revote over an issue, currently one must have the support of at least three anons. Should this be changed to require the support of at least three reps/mediators?

Justifications were that it fixes some of the more nonsensical parts of the borders, like Warkop's weird border with Haha and tries to rely more on natural borders. if you want a detail for each one, ill do it albeit some of the minor changes are me not being able to do it perfectly.
