I'd say the ending in the new content where you're locked in a room for hundreds of thousands of years, fast forwarding through time while the narrator slowly goes insane is pretty fucking terrible.
Also the one where the narrator decides that the best move for both Stanley and himself to be happy is to create a happy place to just sit and relax, and so the player throws themselves off a ledge repeatedly to kill themselves while his heart breaks watching Stanley go through THAT much pain just not to be around them.
