We'll know the answer whenever a certain Metal Gear loving Nerd gets a Vtuber model, or whenever she creates a new Vtuber persona. I think they were good friends, and I think that what happened to Selen made Pomu solidify her decision to graduate. She kept going back and forth about whether or not if she was actually going to graduate right up until the day before the announcement was made, and I think she realised that she needed to get away from that place after seeing everything that Selen went through.

We don't know yet. All of them can't be open about it right now, because they don't want any attention from the drama, or for the ones still in the company, they obviously can't say anything or they would get fired. A certain Metal Gear loving Nerd kind of alluded to not liking how things have turned out in NijiEN, shortly after NijiEN put out that Tweet about Selen's contract termination, but that's about as close as anyone has come to saying anything about the situation. I think she's very happy that she's not in that company anymore, and I think that she's happy for Doki too, it's just that she doesn't want to get involved in the drama right now, and she isn't a Vtuber right now either, so she wants to keep her Twitter account for interacting with her Idols, talking about Metal Gear, and for interacting with her fans.

She seems to be alright with it! Honestly I think that it boosted her confidence and made her happy that so many people still wanted to find her, and support her! NijiEN management (and even some of the other livers.) probably told her that she's "nothing special" to lower her self esteem, like what they did to Selen. The fact that many people wanted to find her must've showed her that those lies were not true!
