Young state secretary was sent to the frontlines and survived but she was mentally scarred and her brain developed Alzheimer, her mind is stuck in the time when she was still a secretary (moe and sweet character) but occasionally she experiences flashbacks of the frontlines and her personality changes (cool edgy psychopath). It's 1951 and she's living in a top-secret facility where the remnants of the German Empire are developing psychological warfare weapons like videogame consoles and videogames, she's being forced to play games 24/7 and she's not allowed to go out or do anything else besides sleeping, eating the gross food they bring her and using the bathroom.
