i'll be honest with you anon most of the indies i shill don't have intention of joining corpo because they are dorks that just do it as part of their social reps
others are successful enough to have their own merch and subs/donations that allow them to do it fulltime
i don't say it to shit on niji but to highlight the fact that for ambitious streamers joining a corp is no longer profitable unless they really really want to participate in events and network which isn;t always the case
