Im not sure that better food is particularly effective in Palworld. While salad is really good, its expensive in terms of pal work time to farm. You need multiple tomato and lettuce farms to make enough salad and that takes a ton of extra watering and growing time. Seems like berry toast is the most effective since berries are super easy to grow, and if you are making cakes, you will already need wheat fields.
