You can max out up to 6 categories but have to take a penalty on catagories to do so.
The default stat setting we're using for LotB3 for each stat should be set to -15 from its maximum. For example, if Arm Power's Max is 90, the default setting would be 75
If you wanted to raise Arm Power to it's Max, you'd need to -10 another stat. For example, assuming 90 is the max for each stat, raising Arm Power from 75 to 90, and then lowering Leg Power from 75 to 65.
You may only lower a stat two times while taking penalties. For example, assuming 90 is the max for each stat, If you've lowered Leg Power from 75 to 55 to raise Arm Power and Grapple Power to 90, you would NOT be able to lower Leg Power to 45 to raise Aerial Power to 90. You would need to select a different stat to take a penalty on to raise Aerial Power (or any other stat) to Max.
