Their site (and the way they take cards) is bugged. I had to call a number from the email and have them explicitly "run it as a one time payment".
I assume they're doing something stupid with credit card holds but still. As a heads up to others, it seems like they don't send reminders if the payment doesn't go through within 2 weeks, that's just a straight up order cancellation.
