The real story is, there was a period of time where the English speakers in his chats were so obnoxious and overbearing because he's "pretty anime boy uwu" that he basically banned the language from his chat and banished LiveTLs to his free chat window. Since then, though, he's lightened up on it, and will read superchats that are in English, but he still doesn't read chat messages that are English and tends not to use it too much, despite possibly knowing the most out of any JP Stars.

For the song, it's from Izuru's 3rd anniversary live, his performance of Seasons Die One After Another. This performance always hits me hard, and the lyrics speak a lot to how far they've all come from the difficult start they had.
