Cute... I will make a narrative that Sana is graduating for medical reasons, and hearing that Sana might be in pain had her genuinely concerned.

[Rrat] Sana has been feeling better for weeks/months now, but is too anxious to return full time. Like how Mumei described how she was really nervous about returning to streaming after only 2 weeks. Now extend that by months and months of extended breaks. Not only does she feel like she doesn't know how to get back into the swing of things, but she also has extremely specific tastes in games. Remember, around debut she talked about how she was nervous about being forced to play "buff" games, which her manager said to not worry about and to play what she wants. That leaves her stuck between a rock and a hard place where she's only playing games within her comfort zone and only intermittently because of how few and far between these games are. Her refusal to be labelled as the art goblin for her gen also removes one kind of stream she could potentially do to get back into regular streaming habits. And to top it all off, she's constantly having spine-shattering, near infinite orgams because I'm constantly rawdogging her from behind. She's in a tough spot, to say the least.
