The best present you can do for a vtuber is content. Create something or give them something they can show on stream. It's not their real birthday anyways, so treat it more like a celebration of the vtuber's career and the community they've been able to build around themselves.

Good examples: Gura's birthday with the Dante and Vergil messages and the fan artbook. Enna' Alouette's birthday with the website filled to the top with fan content
