Otsonny!! I'm glad he did a separate zatsu like he said he would; he ended up getting pretty sentimental, I don't think I'll ever get fully used to that side of him... I enjoyed it though, he just kind of reminisced on his first year in niji and talked about how thankful he is to be here. I always get kind of emotional when he brings up how he was in a not-so-great place before he joined, he really deserves the world and more... He talked some about those early days and mentioned how he was thinking of taking a totally different approach with his debut, how the usual slides were an easily digestible way to teach you about the livers, and how at first he wanted to be... not that. The way he spoke about it made me think of JP debuts, which are definitely often a little different. Now I'm really curious about that alternate timeline where he went all out with the autism... but the debut we got was certainly special in its own right. He also went back to his own channel and just reminisced about some of his favorite streams, and reflected on how far he's come over the past year. Aahhh I'm so proud of how much progress he's made, I'm really happy he's been able to get along with everyone and settle into a more comfortable, natural on-stream personality. The days of dead air and little chat interaction are long gone (unless he does it on purpose for a bit)... I've mentioned this before but it would be nice to see him replay some of those games from early on like MGR or dusk again with the skills he has now, and the fact he's also brought it up a few times makes me hopeful for future streams. There were plenty of other topics he covered in this zatsu, too many to go into detail on, e.g. talking a bit more about the noctyx relay, how appreciative he is of his community, and just a bit about how things have been going for him recently. He also actually did order food on-stream for the first time in a long time today, but sped through supas before the pizza arrived... grr we'll get em next time. This was a good stream though! I think it really puts into perspective how much better he's gotten at even just chatting these past 12 months. It makes me happy he was able to get some things off his chest today. I love you so much sonny, you're (almost) always a positive force in my life. Hope you enjoyed your pizza and see you tomorrow for eastward! o7

Merry Christmas, folks. I'm listening to the r/a/dio as is Christmas tradition and they've played Butter-fly twice this hour already. Please allow me to engage in my delusion that Sonny is listening along with me.

I'll be fine if my oshi graduates, I guess. I dunno. Watching my oshi encouraged me to reconnect with my friends and get my life back together, which is kind of counterproductive since I barely have time to watch my oshi any more.
I'd be pretty upset, but I never really felt like my oshi was really here for the long run and graduation would just be moving on to another stage in his life that I trust him to do well in. I just hope it won't be a forced graduation like Yugo's.

I really enjoyed watching Sonny and Bobon's Fortnite stream today, much as it pains me to say that about a game that's primarily memed as being for elementary school kids. The two of them are great collab partners who are clearly comfortable bantering and being silly with each other, and it was rather cute watching Bonbon earnestly trying to teach Sonny about how to play and meming about the plethora of pop culture references and skins in this game. It felt like listening in on a Discord call between two bros, and that's really the comfiest kind of collab stream.
My one complaint - and this is something that happens in other streams and with other NijiEN members, too - is that he should be more careful with his stream asset placement. In this case, the chat window was overlapping the game's information panel and it rendered that entire corner of the screen a completely unreadable wall of text. Should be an easy fix, though.

Thanks for listening to my TED talk. Sorry, I don't have much to say today. It's 4AM and I've got to finish some work still before I can sleep.
