Actually, the most subscribed shorts VTuber channel right now is ChuyMineVt with 3.16 million subs, and currently growing at 10k subs a day.
He first went viral with Minecraft parkour shorts but his growth slowed down, then he came back with a new 3D model and his growth sped up again with shorts reacting to viral clips.
