2 min plank, 40 push-up, 40 squats everyday, started on Jan as a new years resolution and added 1 more rep when I felt I had it solid. Started with 1 min plank, 30 push up, squats. Haven't missed a day, except when my back suddenly got fucked earlier this week, will continue when it's safe. It's not much but it's a routine that i can keep.
