Hispanic/Latin is neither an ethnicity or a race it's merely a cultural group. The ethnic makeup of LatAm nations is American Indian, Mestizo (Indian/White mix which has become it's ethnicity), White Europeans, and some countries such as Columbia and DR have sub-Saharan African minorities.
A White Mexican like pic related is obviously not magically the same ethnicity as a black or brown person because they both speak Spanish.
