You can select the image in the image viewer and press this button to reuse the seed from that. Then generate that image again with highres fix enabled. Useful, but you'll waste some time generating the base image again vs doing it in img2img. Not an issue if your base generations are fast, or if you're just feeling lazy and don't want to mess around in the img2img tab.
