The best part is if even after his original schizo when she replied to him, he had calmed down, taken a few weeks or months to reflect, sent her a sincere apology through email, she likely would have let him back in. Nothing gets you perma-banned from this community except being banned or timed out and once you are taking it like a retard (ie Bratty) because she hates banning people. I have no clue what he was trying to do with the keep spamming her with passive aggressive tweets and then send her grovelling apology emails and then more passive aggressive tweets strat.

She didn't block him originally because she still wanted to give him a chance. He's decimated it now.
