Ririka went of her way to do no zimmer/gatling/songbirds, any time she finds herself leaning on a specific weapon too much she pretty much immediately drops it and challenges a new loadout. She loved the reverse legs and the plasma missiles in her first run through, and so now she refuses to use either in NG+ to try new things. She just beat IBIS again with a truly weird loadout of a tetrapod with a laser shotgun / plasma thrower / plasma cannon / detonating missile. I think something like 90% of her detonating missile shots missed, and she kept being just out of range for the plasma thrower. Even she acknowledged the loadout wasn't very good, especially for that boss, but her gamer pride wouldn't let her change the loadout because she thought it was still winnable regardless, and damn it all if she didn't wind up winning with it. Ririka in general seems good at games.
