I'm a Hemlock lover too but also cheat on it with the 3030 once in a while. Shattercaps is a disgrace though and could go with a 3-5 damage per pellet buff.
Comparing the 3030 to Triple Take is actual pain sometimes because both can charge up and one has a higher return but will always be somewhat inefficient with ammo.

Also the single fire of the Hemlock isn't so bad if you just want to poke and save ammo still paltry 20 damage but shoots fast and can scare peekers off at times.
