Nah, it's nothing fancy, just a basic excel sheet, plenty of ways to improve it too if I ever get the time

I usually leave an old tab open as a notepad and manually update the times through the day to save me separating them into the categories again because I find it a little easier to maintain on the side while I'm at work but it also takes a little longer
