I know she liked it but it just wasn't a good design in my opinion. Her current design and the mahou shojo are the iconic Ninas to me, but sadly she's no longer able to get artist support for them. So in the end, I'm happy with the switch to loli form.

No, it was a shit design. Nina's long red hair, violet eyes, and general face shape weren't preserved and the dress...I don't even know what to call it. Colorless, shapeless, soulless. And a weird little FitBit watch for some reason. Actual garbage. Honestly I'm glad the art and rigging for it were fucked, it was a blessing in disguise.
