This is the problem with highly skilled prima donnas that could very well run their career without the anime girl thing, and put more than enough food on the table. At some point a woman is so good, Hololive needs her more than she needs Hololive. She is going to have next to no loyalty towards her "fellow" talents, let alone the agency.

It's what makes me so hesitant in saying I'd like a singer that can perform operatic singing or play the piano, do songwriting, or whatever.
There has to be a golden mean between being better than what Hololive can currently offer, and actually having a reason to stay and fit in Hololive.
