Fubuki surely has volume as seen in her cyberpunk costume and that costume that looks like out of Violet Evergarden world. I'd say she's around C-cup for cat. Actually Matsuri wasn't that flat either but she is rather small.

I still prefer if she's drawn to have it bigger like those Fumihiko illustration though.
