If you speak Japanese flawlessly, like completely indistinguishable from a native if you were on the phone or something for example, then the level of racism you should expect to suffer goes down a lot. At least with people who know you speak the language that well, I mean. Obviously the generic racism you should expect to receive just societally/structurally and from strangers won't change much (unless you have an opportunity to open your mouth).
