Much less energy than Polka. Very staccato personally, if that makes sense. It isn't a bad thing, its more she has this natural calm energy so when her humor pokes through its quite charming.
Her humor comes from her confusing she can be. If its intentional its unironic genius, but if it isn't then its still a fascinating watch.

Polka on the other hand exudes warmth and energy when you put her side by side with Shiori's calm, mellow vibes.
I think I'll give Shiori another year to see how she progresses. Right now its baby steps and she's making enough minor yabs to make anyone a little nervous. But not everyone is perfect.
