Ok, so I went to the exact moment in Miko's stream where she has this "straight line up" and Miko has just finished defeating Pekora in the colosseum. It's not unrealistic to assume that people rushed to the stream during that since it's a major PekoMiko interaction. One of the major filters on Vrabi does not count that as a Z and, considering the content of what was happening in the stream, it might not be a Z. People have rushed into streams during PekoMiko interactions in the past. We also know that JP viewers don't have to go through the weird verification phase like EN viewers do.

Just give the gold to Miko TallyAnon. It's not like Pekora doesn't already have enough of them.
