also, with the regional groups, we need to remember who is active. Such as in the indie continent, we have 2 pcg (Not assuming Sol is around, but if he is I love you), Rumina, vrt, and a hodgepodge of writers that write for other threads but also the region. For example, the person who wants to write for 774 and voms is the nijimales writer as she frequents those threads. I don't have a say on how that works over there, but if would be talking about NijiContinent, I think all active and available writer can make the decision and unless it is a world breaking thing, once those people have got their say in, it should be done.

If I as an outsider could, I would give my support to the movement of 774 because the reasons given are very true and would allow interesting lore opportunities.
