Bae does her NA friendly streams within that range actually. +/-3 hours from Gura hours means 5-11PM EST and Bae starts her streams within that range.

The only "meme Aussie timezone" Bae does is also add on a few morning EST/primetime JST timeslot streams and thats mainly for her Korean fans who make up like ~40% of her SCs. If you remove her primetime JST streams then she has the same amount of streams as the other council members.

At least Bae has been working hard ever since she got back from break. She seems the most standout to me in Council in terms of trying to pump out a variety of content. Too bad she doesn't get as high a CCV as the top 2 in her gen but she is definitely inclining
