If the information shouldn't be public, and she wasn't making it public and had no intention to make it public, how is it an issue? The only people who DID make any part of it public is Nijisanji. And a distribution test means that it's meant to be a recorded file to begin with. How do you distribute something that doesn't exist? It's just a leftover file that happened to be relevant.
