I kinda get where you're coming from. To some extent it feels like when people see someone who's depressed and they tell them to just be happy and get over it.
I think you just have to be realistic and take a step back and try getting a new perspective on your life and circumstances. She can't realistically love you beyond appreciating you for watching, chatting, super chatting, etc. etc. Telling you to also take care of yourself isn't in itself a bad thing. Maybe don't touch grass, but try and give yourself a chance to go out there and do something & be someone. She comes from a similar perspective where she's been overlook her whole life.
