Some fun context for those unaware: Lui's live, titled "Music Garden" is based on a real TV show that started in the 80's called "Music Station", which is co-hosted by picrel, one of Japans top comedians, Tamori.
Also Polka wasn't just doing a random MC bit, she's actually emulating an incredibly popular and long-running entertainer to help give the live a more authentic feel (from the JP side anyway).
