As for the QnA, here is what is notable.
>Cover believes they're 2nd half shall be stronger then their 1st.
>There are plans of licensing their IP out.
>While they don't expect significant revenue increase from just their new NA base on it's own, it will serve as the base for Business to Business partnership management. With the Japan base still being the contracting entity.
>HoloEarth is expected to release on PCs. However with the advances in specs for phones and tablets, they expect to include them into the future. Though they aren't sure if they can provide full spec services to these platforms currently.
>The number of fans in the 15-25 age group for Hololive is increasing.
>Regarding moving to the Prime Market, Cover believes they need to better their disclosures in English as well, as non financial results are still only in Japanese. (More work for me, yippee.)
>On Shareholder returns, Cover believes they are still in their growth phase. Due to this there are no current plans to serve dividends to shareholders, focusing on "growth drivers" for the medium and long term.
>Overseas revenue accounted for about 30% last year and this year. However they believe revenue has increased in other services outside merchandising. Recently, revenue has been increasing thanks to overseas expansion/distribution, and is believed to continue such trend.
>Cover believes the VTuber market will increase a annual growth of 30% as the market is entering the games and animation market. Cover still maintains they expet the company to experience a growth of 20-30% this fiscal year.

That's it for the highlights, as for how this will affect Cover's stock, at the time of writing the market has opened and the stock has risen by 1683 yen (+41). However this is only 8 minutes in so who knows how big the impact will be.
