The suspension rrat doesn't make sense because if she was suspended she would've said she was going "on break" 2 days ago and have no twitter presence afterwards, it makes no sense that she'd be able to tweet during her suspension. She also wouldn't need to say something extreme like how she's in the hospital, she would've just said "I got sick and I'm gonna take a week break".
Also, maybe it's best not to peer into her personal life by assuming what happened to her. Assuming she self harmed or had a panic attack is just shitty. If she wants to disclose that information she will. Imagine if you got hospitalized and your friends started making claims about your mental health problems, that would really rustle your jimmies wouldn't it?
