Anon, they are not referring to themselves as "Hololive Productions" but to the store which is indeed an Hololive Productions official store, where you can find Hololive and Holostars products.

There is no context where "Hololive Productions" would be used if not to make it clear it's both Hololive and Holostars (or to try to include them in a context they don't belong)
