Performance issues are the worst part of PC. Game literally barley runs unless you are running super top end PC. When I seen people try the game before it didn't run this badly, no idea what happened here.
Reminder if you want to play, get the PS5 version since it runs fine and you get around making a new save and editing your character everything by making a new profile.
