Anny picked up Neuro when she was just a fad, offered to make her a model for free when there was nothing to gain out of it, and shilled the hell out of her on her own streams
Whether /swarm/ wants to admit it or not, Anny's part in Neuro's development and growth was significant, no amount of "leeching" or menhera will change that
