New map layout

For HoloRUST S3, they're running the static Hapis Island map on the server. Here are the old and new maps for comparison. In the center is a large and steep mountain so expect most Holos to build near the beaches they spawn in to.
The gambling wheel is center south around K14. The map is missing some of the new underwater monuments but it does have the gigantic Launch Site monument that didn't spawn in S2. Ame and Polka will have a blast driving through the large and rolling plains instead of the procedural clusterfuck of S2 but others may find the additional running annoying.
