I'm not bothering to do the full list thing, but

Registeel is my favorite. As a kid I liked him cause he was a cool robot. But eventually he became one of the few pokemon from my childhood save file that I've transferred up through every gen I could, stopping currently at USUM.

I even went on to train him up competitively into a pretty effective stall tank with lefties, relaxed, toxic/sub/protect/metal claw (Highest PP stab move. His games can go on pretty long, plus the attack boost chance.)

If anything happened to him i'd kill everyone in the room and then myself, even if I don't play Pokemon as much these days.
