Mori and Shiori just provide their cringe in different ways, Mori largely by trying to act a certain way like being cool or cute, Shiori due to 'tism like during collabs where she will randomly trauma dump her childhood on everyone

We used to get private very comf streams each month with her and it was pretty enjoyable with if I can recall correctly only about ~100 viewers during lives bringing it down to small corpo/indie levels of interaction. She got way too drunk one time during a movie watchalong and chat was all drunk too which was pretty fun and one of my fave streams, but it eventually did all have to go.
I'm not sure how much people were complaining outside of 4chan but here people were constantly going on about it, and she did recognize it created a class divide in the deadbeats and made her have to put out more streams per month than she needed to and that it was a mistake separating the tiers. She originally only set it up that way I believe because she felt like people should be rewarded for their money and not providing stuff for money paid made her feel wrong, same reason Money Mori became a thing because she couldn't stop thanking and naming every early deadbeat who dropped a fat aka on her, tho some anons speculate a manager was involved I believe because she officially killed it after 12 months when contracts should be redone

It was certainly nice getting more personal content, but by it's nature it's going to breed a class of very identifiable obnoxious favourites, particularly amongst the fan artists whose art will get bumped up in importance and popularity due to the closeness the artists achieve with their oshi and the oshi in turn effectively privately commissioning unpaid work behind closed doors simply by the discussion of the fans art, future stream ideas or any topic in general

This is what deadbeats felt like for the first half a year. Now I just let it slide off and keep posting about the chuubas I love in their threads, and if Mori comes up as a topic I discuss it like a normal person and ignore unreasonable people.
The silver lining is that this experience seems to build a way healthier general culture. /morig/, /rrat/ and now /orio/ seem to be some of the best holo generals to discuss basically anything without having antis sperg out., because the regulars know firsthand how insufferable they are if you let them get comfy.
